At Phelan's Pharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
