Directions:

ADULTS (MEN AND WOMEN): 2 teaspoonfuls twice daily.

PREGNANCY AND BREAST-FEEDING: 2 teaspoonfuls twice daily.

CHILDREN (3-12 YEARS): 2 teaspoonfuls daily.
