Rose Water Toner

Rose Water has been used for thousands of years and is made by distilling rose petals. With a mild floral scent, ULTRAPURE Laboratories® Rose Water Toner gently refreshes, cleanses and hydrates the skin. It is suitable for normal, sensitive and dry skin. DIRECTIONS:

After cleansing the skin with your usual cleanser, dampen a cotton wool pad with ULTRAPURE Laboratories® Rose Water. Gently apply to clean skin to remove any remaining makeup, or to freshen up the skin, avoiding the eye area. For best results, use morning and evening as part of your skincare routine.
