The Recovery Ice Sleeve provides targeted cold or heat therapy combined with compression to support healing of sore or injured muscles and joints, as well as post-operative care and pain management. Measure around the largest portion of body part.
Small - 20-35cm
Medium - 30-45cm
Large - 40-60cm
Instructions for Use
FREEZING - Keep sleeve inside supplied bag and store/place in freezer for a minimum of 2 hours. Once cold, remove sleeve from the bag and slip onto the desired treatment area.
Ā HEATING - Remove sleeve from supplied bag and microwave for 30 seconds, then test for comfort. If sleeve is not hot enough, reheat for an additional 10 seconds. Do not heat for more than a total of 60 seconds. Sleeve should be warm, not hot. Slip onto the desired treatment area. Do not heat from frozen.
To clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth and air-dry flat. Always store it in its storage bag. Do not wash. Applying creams, ointments, or oils under the sleeve can degrade materials and irritate the skin.
For external use only. Do not apply on broken skin. Should an irritation occur or if pain persists, discontinue use and seek medical advice or consult a medical professional.Ā
