Sona Magnesium is made of the the highest quality Magnesium oxide. Each tablet provides 500mg of elemental magnesium per tablet which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal energy metabolism,muscle contraction and neurotransmission (including heart muscle), protein synthesis, electrolyte balance, cell division, the maintenance of bones and teeth and normal psychological functions.

Directions:

Adults: Take ONE tablet daily with the main meal of the day
