Sona Calcium with Vitamin D

Sona Calcium with Vitamin D contains 600mg of Calcium with added Vitamin D for optimum absorption. Calcium and Vitamin D are important for normal bones and teeth, cell division and muscle function. Calcium is also needed for blood coagulation, function of digestive enzymes, neurotransmission and energy. Vitamin D is important for the absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, maintenance of normal blood calcium concentrations, the normal function of the immune system and inflammatory response.

Directions:

Ages 12+: Take ONE tablet daily.

Pregnant & Lactating: Take ONE tablet TWICE daily.

Ages 50+: Take ONE tablet TWICE daily
