Sona Cal / Mag with Vitamin D3 provides a concentrated source of Calcium and Magnesium which are important for normal bones and teeth, energy, cell division, normal muscle function and neurotransmission. Calcium also contributes to blood coagulation and the function of digestive enzymes. Magnesium is important for electrolyte balance, protein synthesis, psychological functions and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin D3 is important for the absorption of Calcium and the maintanance of optimum immunity.
