

Mueller "The One" Premium Ankle Brace
The One Ankle Brace Premium has a unique figure-8 strapping system that helps in preventing inversion and eversion sprains, and helps with treatment of strained, swollen and twisted ankles. This brace has a low-profile for a comfortable fit inside performance footwear, and is ideal for basketball, football, soccer and other high-impact sports.
It has an anatomically shaped and perforated tongue for improved fit and breathability, and improved straps for less bulk and grip coating for added support. The brace also has an elastic 360â° forefoot band for enhanced fit, comfort and plantar fascia / arch support.
Sizing
Small = Euro size 40 â 42, which is a UK womenâs size 6 to 8 and a UK menâs size 6.5 to 8.5
Medium = Euro size 42 â 44, which is a UK womenâs size 8 â 10 and a UK menâs size 8.5 to 10.5
Large = Euro size 44 â 46, which is a UK womenâs size 10 â 12 and a UK menâs size 10.5 to 12.5
X Large = Euro size 46 â 48, which is a UK womenâs size 12 â 14 and a UK menâs size 12.5 to 14.5
Application
- Fully open the laces, then slip the brace over the sock on the left or right foot. Pull the laces tight and evenly on each side.
- For an inversion sprain (rolling ankle inward, pain is on the outside of the ankle) â Wrap the outside anti-slip strap over the top of the ankle to the inside of the foot and then under the arch upward to the outside of your foot to secure the outside brace loop. Wrap the inside anti-slip side strap over the top of the ankle to the outside of the foot and then under your foot upward to the inside to secure to the inside brace loop.
- For an eversion sprain (rolling ankle outward, pain is on the inside of the ankle) Wrap the inside anti-slip strap over the top of the ankle to the inside of the foot and then under the arch upward to the outside of your foot to secure the inside brace loop. Wrap the outside anti-slip side strap over the top of the ankle to the outside of the foot and then under your foot upward to the inside to secure to the outside brace loop.
- Adjust the anti-slip side straps on each side until comfortable. Pull the elastic finishing straps around to the front until comfortably tight and fasten together.
