Maalox Plus Suspension 250ml

Maalox Plus is a triple-action antacid suspension combining aluminium hydroxide gel, magnesium hydroxide, and simeticone. 

The two antacids work to neutralise excess stomach acid, while simeticone works as an anti-foaming agent to relieve trapped wind. Ideal for fast relief from indigestion, heartburn, and flatulence.

Maalox Plus is used for:

• The relief of indigestion (dyspepsia)
• Heartburn
• Wind (flatulence)

Maalox Plus works by lowering the amount of acid in your stomach. The anti-foaming agent in Maalox Plus (which is not contained in Maalox Suspension) helps to remove gas from your stomach.
