The packs provide cooling perineal pain relief from discomfort caused by labor and delivery and even hemorrhoids. The slim pad is flexible, even when frozen, and provides extra comfort. Freeze pack for 4 hours before use. Follow cooling instructions as directed on packaging.

Hot pain relief

After childbirth, as your uterus begins to shrink back to its normal size, you may experience uncomfortable cramping. Use hot therapy packs to provide soothing relief by microwaving for the time indicated. Follow heating instructions as directed on packaging. Do not place disposable sleeves in microwave.
