Kelkin Effervescent Vitamin C 1000mg provides you with 1,250% of your NRV for vitamin C. Vitamin C is an essential vitamin and plays a number of important roles in the body. It plays a vital role in immune support, growing and repairing tissues, bones and teeth. It also makes collagen, which is needed for healthy skin, cartilage, and ligaments. Vitamin C is also an excellent antioxidant which helps reduce damage caused by free radicles in the body.

Directions:

Dissolve one tablet daily in a glass of cold water (200ml) and take with food as a food supplement.
