Kalms Night

Kalms Night contains valerian, traditionally used for its sedative action to relieve sleeplessness without causing drowsiness the next day. Kalms Night contains a herbal extract: Valerian is used to relieve restlessness and sleep disturbances.

Directions for Use:

For adults and the elderly. Not recommended for children or adolescents under 18 years old. The recommended dose is one tablet 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. It is best not to take any non-essential medication when pregnant or breastfeeding. Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine.
