A. Vogel Bio-Propolis Lip Care Ointment helps treat and reduce cold sore symptoms quickly. Most conventional cold sore treatments only work at the tingle stage, before the blisters appear. Propolis is one of nature's antiseptics, used by bees to reduce the growth of bacteria, viruses and moulds inside the hive. Bio-Propolis contains bee propolis extract which has been shown to be effective in reducing healing time and intensity of pain in cold sores. Bio-Propolis with propolis extract can also relieve symptoms even when applied after the tingle stage.
